YEAR 2006 is ending soon, coming up is 2007- A brand new year with a fresh start.
This has been a year of anguish, fear and uncertainty.
Fear of being alone in a totally new environment with no friends around me.
Uncertain of whether i will be able to cope in a new surrounding; whether the people there are nice souls; am i going to hate the new setting i found myself in; can i really perform up to the standard i set for myself...
Anguish of being rejected despite efforts put in; of having to go through self-doubt; of new relationships being formed...
VERY EXHAUSTING!!!
However, this has also been a year filled with laughter and joys!
This is the year i have been on the cruise- feeling the seabreeze and smelling the fresh air...The only pity would have been not being able to thoroughly enjoy myself.
This is the year i have been taught by deniseee on how to play BRIDGE!!! This game has entertained us for many hours while slogging in sch...I feel that it is also through this game i get to know the 3 of them better.
This is the year i don't feel like a loser after recieving my sem results.
This is the year where new friendships has been forged, old ones renewed with conviction that it will last through the years and some left stale...
This is the year i feel that most of us has grown up and matured through the years.
This is the year i have learnt to pick myself up after failure, lick my wounds and move on with life.
Basically, this is a bittersweet year. Still,one that will be cherished.
